Shipping

We ship all orders through USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once your order has been placed, your package will be shipped out in 1 business day and we will provide you with a tracking number. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.

When placing your order please ensure your shipping and billing info is entered correctly. We are not responsible for any mistakes you input.

For international orders we offer shipping worldwide via UPS International Express, FEDEX, or DHL.

Our shipping service is mainly for those countries:
North America: USA, Canada, Mexico
Asia: Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Philippines
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
European Countries: France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Ireland, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, South Africa (8 of 9 provinces), Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Malta, Romania, Slovenia

Please contact us for a quote to ship to your country. You may be required to pay an extra import or duty when you pick up the item or when it is delivered to you. Please check with your local authorities to determine the amount of taxes or duties if applicable.

For international buyers, we ship on the next 1-2 working days by DHL/FedEx/UPS/USPS when we receive payment. If the color is not in stock, we will inform you by email or by text message and hold the shipment. We will ship the restock colors for you as fast as we can. If you want to cancel the order, please reply and contact us as fast as you can before we ship the parcel for you.


Refunds (if applicable)

Our standard restocking fee is 25% of the item. Shipping and handling fee is not refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Packages refused by buyer will be refunded accordingly to the following rules: Standard restocking fee of 25% will be applied on refused merchandises. The cost of shipping the original package will be deducted from the refunded amount. Even if the original order was shipped with the free shipping method, the actual shipping cost will still be deducted from the refund amount. Any return shipping costs charged by carrier for refused/returned package will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

All exchanged items must be received by us within 7 days from the date the order was delivered. Non-exchangeable item includes: All Cut or Used Vinyl Films, headlight/ taillight films, paint protection films, vinyl decals and stickers. All items must be in new/original packaging condition. All items received by us in used condition will be discarded and no exchange/refund will be issued. Buyers will be responsible for shipping back to us for exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable. Special Orders

Are we out of stock of the color you wanted? No problem, you can place a full roll special order for any color in our swatch booklets. Please note that due to manufacturing times that special orders can take up to 1-4 weeks for delivery. If the color is available and in stock, it will normally takes about 7-10 business days to arrive for U.S. buyers. Due to shipping and operational costs, please note there is a nonrefundable $250 fee for all special orders. Any return request for a full roll special order will have this $250 fee withheld in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
