Return policy

We accept refunds and exchanges.

Returns

Returns are available for 14 days after arrival. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable item includes: All Cut Vinyl Films, headlight/ taillight films, paint protection films, vinyl decals and stickers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  


Refunds (if applicable)

Our standard restocking fee is 20% of the item price. Shipping and handling fee is not refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Packages refused by buyer will be refunded accordingly to the following rules: Standard restocking fee of 20% will be applied on refused merchandises. The cost of shipping the original package will be deducted from the refunded amount. Even if the original order was shipped with the free shipping method, the actual shipping cost will still be deducted from the refund amount. Any return shipping costs charged by carrier for refused/returned package will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at "info@ezautowrap.com".


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, all on-sale items (unless specified) cannot be returned unless due to defects.


Exchanges (if applicable)

All exchanged items must be received by us within 14 days from the date the order was delivered. Non-exchangeable item includes: All cut vinyl films, headlight/ taillight films, paint protection films, vinyl decals and stickers. All items must be in new/original packaging condition. All items received by us in used condition will be discarded and no exchange/refund will be issued. Buyers will be responsible for shipping cost went item is sent back to us for the exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may vary when the exchanged product will be delivered.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item and packages that do not arrive cannot be refunded.
